Shipping 

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia on most orders over $150. Our free shipping policy only excludes items marked as final sale, and any heavier items due to higher postage costs. Orders are sent via Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $10. 

Orders marked Final Sale are not eligible for Free Shipping or further promotional discounts.

Local Delivery

We are currently offering free same or next day local delivery for customers located in and around the Bridgetown area. Customers will be advised of approximate delivery time and parcel will be left at door / in mailbox / in safe location.

Click & Collect

For our local customers, we offer free pick-up of purchased items at our Bridgetown store. Please note that collection is available between 9:30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.30am and 4pm on Saturday and between 10.00am and 3.00pm Sunday. The pick-up address is 135 Hampton Street, Bridgetown, W.A. 6255.

PLEASE NOTE

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days once payment is received. Items are inspected by us before dispatch. An email with your tracking number will be sent on the day of postage.

Please make sure your shipping address details are up to date when ordering. We do not refund for items lost in the mail. If you are experiencing problems, please follow up with Australia Post to lodge an inquiry. We will do our best to assist you.
